It’s time to cut through the nonsense and in so many words, when the sides are drawn it’s time to get down to “nut cuttin’.” (So, you raise walnuts?) You may blink a couple of times and your mouth may drop slightly when you read this, but then I’m writing this for those of you who still do not grasp the ultimate end game, here.

We have been under intellectual anesthesia for a hundred years in America. I have covered the reasons why, among hundreds of others, in recent op-ed pieces. Many of my superbly talented colleagues at NVW have done the same thing, and most of them with far greater eloquence and research than I have offered. What it really boils down to though is this. Your government, in absolute conspiracy with the Federal Reserve, credit monopolies, the “legal system” and the military/corporate and industrial network, has CONSPIRED to steal your republic and totally rip your liberties from your mind and body.

Hundreds of thousands of documents, memoranda, official government reports, testimony in and out of court, tax trials, whistle-blower interviews, eye-witness accounts, books by ex-government special agents, armed forces officers and pilots, former FBI and BATFE investigators, legislators and high ranking diplomats, have all confirmed what the rest of us have reluctantly accepted as the greatest battle in our lives.

Rense

Buried in the September 5 issue of the Federal Register, was a notice that Thursday, September 20, the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) will hold public hearings on their so-called Secure Flight Plan.

http://dmses.dot.gov/docimages/p102/484384.pdf

Your government (meaning the Department of Homeland Security) is up to no good.

Beginning in February 2008, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will implement their ¨Advance Passenger Information System (APIS),¨ the gist of which is that you will need permission from the United States Government to travel on any air or sea vessel that goes to, from or through the U.S. The travel companies will not be able to issue a boarding pass until you are cleared by DHS. This applies to ALL passengers, US citizens and visitors alike. And how do you get said permission to travel? That´s for your government to know and you to never find out.

Canadians protest At the Montebello SPP Summit on 8/20. It’s good to see the Canadians are fighting for their sovereignty. The globalist leaders have met in Mexico and Canada to discuss their secretive plans to form a North American Union, but they haven’t held a summit in the United States. I’d like to think that there would be a huge protest if and when that occurs.

The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America summit in Canada released a plan that establishes U.N. law along with regulations by the World Trade Organization and World Health Organization as supreme over U.S. law during a pandemic and sets the stage for militarizing the management of continental health emergencies.

The “North American Plan for Avian & Pandemic Influenza” was finalized at the SPP summit last week in Montebello, Quebec.

At the same time, the U.S. Northern Command, or NORTHCOM, has created a webpage dedicated to avian flu and has been running exercises in preparation for the possible use of U.S. military forces in a continental domestic emergency involving avian flu or pandemic influenza.

With virtually no media attention, in 2005 President Bush shifted U.S. policy on avian flu and pandemic influenza, placing the country under international guidelines not specifically determined by domestic agencies.

The policy shift was formalized Sept. 14, 2005, when Bush announced a new International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza to a High-Level Plenary Meeting of the U.N. General Assembly, in New York.

Intel Strike

The United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) has just announced plans for an anti-terrorism exercise called Vigilant Shield 08. The exercise which is slated to run from October 15th to October 20th is described as a way to prepare, prevent and respond to any number of national crises.

The exercise is simply a test case scenario for the implementation of martial law. Although the description of the exercise is disturbing, USNORTHCOM also announced that they are more prepared for a natural disaster and a terrorist attack after they used their response to Hurricane Katrina as a test laboratory. During Hurricane Katrina, authorities violated the constitutional rights of citizens by stealing peopleâ??s firearms and even relocating people against their will.

These announcements are incredibly disturbing on a number of levels as the nature of Vigilant Shield 08 and the admission that Hurricane Katrina was used as a test laboratory shows that the government is actively preparing the military and government institutions for martial law.

Victor Marrero said Congress exceeded its authority by allowing the FBI to keep requests secret under the Patriot Act, passed after the 9/11 attacks.

He said the act offended constitutional principles of checks and balances, and violated the guarantee of free speech.

The requests were mainly for financial, telephone and internet records.

Judge Marrero said his ruling would not take effect immediately, thus giving the government time to appeal.

Personal records

The Patriot Act allows for the use of national security letters, or administrative subpoenas, in cases relating to spying or terrorism.

Under such a subpoena, personal records of clients and customers must be handed over to the FBI from such sources as banks, telephone firms and internet service providers.

Judge Marrero ruled in favour of the American Civil Liberties Union, which had complained against the use of such letters.

He said his ruling did not mean the FBI must get court approval before ordering records, but that it must be able to justify why the request should be kept secret.

In the year before the 11 September 2001 attacks, the FBI issued about 8,500 national security letter requests.

A government report earlier this year said requests had risen from 39,000 in 2003 to about 56,000 in 2004 before falling back to about 47,000 in 2005.

Judge McAvoy also ordered that the names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and Social Security numbers of every person who received materials on how to stop paying taxes be turned over to the government.

This information would make it easy for the Internal Revenue Service to identify people who followed the illegal advice and for the Justice Department to prosecute them for tax crimes.

I AM ONE OF THESE PEOPLE!

These are the strong arm tactics that are used to intimidate Americans into giving the federal government our money. They simply cannot show us the damn law that says we must pay federal income tax so they resort to these gestapo tactics.

There Is No Law!

NY Times

A Web site that sells materials stating that individuals can legally stop paying taxes has been shut on the order of a federal judge.

Judge Thomas J. McAvoy, a senior judge in the Northern District of New York who issued the order on Aug. 9, wrote that the First Amendment did not protect the two organizations that operate the Web site, or their founder, because the site incited criminal conduct. Judge McAvoy ruled that some people who went to the Web site stopped paying taxes, causing the government harm.

The civil court order is one of at least 245 permanent injunctions obtained by federal prospectors that prohibit individuals and organizations that deny the legitimacy of the tax laws or who sell tax evasion schemes from marketing their wares.

Robert L. Schulz of Queensbury, N.Y., the founder of both organizations behind the Web site â?? the We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education and the We The People Congress â?? posted the court order at the Web site givemeliberty.org, and closed the rest of the site even though he said yesterday that the order did not specify that he do so. He also said he had filed an appeal with the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

His organization rose to prominence with a series of full-page newspaper ads, starting in 2001, asserting that the government tricks people into paying taxes. The ads solicited donations, which it said were fully tax-deductible.

Judge McAvoy, quoting from a declaration that Mr. Schulz sent to the court, said that Mr. Schulz wrote that he started â??operation stop withholdingâ? as â??a national campaign to instruct company officials, workers and independent contractors on how to legally stop wage withholding.â?

In a 25-page decision, the judge wrote that â??undisputed evidenceâ? established that Mr. Schulz and his organizations â??knew, or had reason to know, that their statements were false.â?

He said that because Mr. Schulz was taking $20 payments for a package of materials that supposedly showed how to legally stop paying taxes, the Web site could be shut down as commercial speech that urged criminal conduct.

Even if the Web site was not commercial in nature, Judge McAvoy said, it could be shut because people who followed the advice at the Web site engaged in criminal conduct.

â??The First Amendment does not protect speech that incites imminent lawless action,â? the judge wrote, citing a 1969 Supreme Court decision.

Because Mr. Schulz and his organization â??are not merely advocating, but have gone the extra step in instructing others how to engage in illegal activity and have supplied the means to do soâ? the judge added, â??their speech may be enjoined.â?

WASHINGTON â?? Law enforcement, emergency response and border control agencies have won greater access to the nation’s spy satellites and other sensors to monitor U.S. territory.

The sharing of imagery and data will be especially useful in policing land and sea borders and in disaster planning, Charles Allen, the Department of Homeland Security’s chief intelligence officer, said in a phone interview Wednesday.

The effort may eventually support domestic law enforcement activities as well, he said, but the legal guidelines for that are still being worked out.

The CIA and Pentagon are generally prohibited from spying on American citizens, and Allen stressed that the new data-sharing effort doesn’t violate that ban. “This is not a system for tracking Americans,” Allen said.

A new office within the Department of Homeland Security, called the National Applications Office, will now be the conduit for all domestic requests for spy satellite information.

It will be up to the intelligence agencies themselves â?? the Pentagon’s National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, for example â?? to determine which requests they can honor.

Using spy satellites to capture data about the United States also raises privacy concerns.

“What could go wrong? There’s the possibility of a recurrence of past abuses â?? surveillance used against political opponents as in the Civil Rights era, the McCarthy era,” said Steven Aftergood, director of the Project on Government Secrecy at the Federation of American Scientists.

“There’s also an incidental erosion of personal privacy in which one now has to assume that anywhere you are, you are subject to overhead surveillance by the government. And that is a change in what it means to be an American,” Aftergood said.

Allen said the office’s operations will be monitored closely by oversight committees, inspectors general, and DHS’ privacy office.

“This is going be a very controlled process and I can’t conceive of Americans having any serious concern,” Allen said. “No American should be at all concerned.”

Still, Aftergood advised caution, citing Congress’ recent embrace of new wiretapping powers for the government.

St. Luke’s is one of the lawbreaking “New Sanctuary Movement” churches that harbors illegal aliens.

    New Sanctuary Movement web site.
    St. Luke’s Episcopal Church website.

Liliana holds her youngest anchor baby while her husband holds a poster created by the brown supremacy hate group Mexica-Movement.org

On Sunday, August 12, 2007 a group of American citizens protested the church for aiding and abetting an illegal alien (a felony) named Liliana who is using her anchor baby children as an excuse to remain in the U.S.

The American protesters held signs but remained quiet as they greeted the Sunday church goers. This rally was to be a small, solemn rally - with signs aimed at the lawbreaking church leadership. Their goal was to protest in silence and let their signs speak for them.

The majority of St. Luke’s parishioners and its leadership could be described as “white liberal” types. It is a small congregation. Most of the church goers were polite. A couple even friendly. They were told by a parishioner that about 50 percent of the parishioners do NOT want to harbor an illegal alien at their church.

Apparently the church leadership believes that God wants open borders and no immigration laws but God does want them to put up a huge wall around their church with sharp pointed spikes across the top!

God also wants them to make sure the gate is locked so that no one illegally enters the church.

Liliana’s husband was observed in the church courtyard, watching the protest. If you look in the center window below, he has his back to the camera.

Four open border young people arrived and Liliana briefly joined her husband in the courtyard at the church entrance. The young people held Liliana’s two children and Liliana went back inside the church.

Angry Church Goer!

As Liliana’s children were being held, one of the church goers came out from the church courtyard and stood in front of the protesters.

He flashed a petite badge at them and told them to leave. He was a small little fellow. Some of the ralliers had a few words with him. Raymond Herrera asked the man to produce his badge so that he could examine it.

The church goer refused to let Raymond Herrera see the badge and returned inside of the church.

Yelling Police Officer Arrives On The Scene!

Shortly thereafter, a police vehicle, with two officers, raced up to the curb! An angry officer jumped out of the vehicle, yelling.

Officer Ebell, on the left, was the cop with anger management problem.

He shouted to them, “A parole officer called and said you spit on him.”

They assumed the little man who had flashed a badge was the parole officer who had called.

Of course, at no time did anyone even REMOTELY do anything even slightly akin to spitting! But the rouge officer gave them no opportunity to speak.

Then as the officer continued to yell, he shouted, “You have to all keep moving. You can’t stand still. You can’t block the sidewalk. MOVE!” Of course, they were not blocking the sidewalk. But they started to march in a small circle as the officer would yell out, “KEEP MOVING.”

The protesters had leaned four signs against cars next to where they were standing on the sidewalk. Officer Ebell immediately went to the cars threatening to write tickets. When he learned they weren’t their cars, he was livid that they had leaned signs against the cars. They moved the signs.

Herrera Calls The Watch Commander

Minuteman Raymond Herrera, used his cell phone in order to call the watch commander to report Officer Ebell’s actions.

Officer Ebell saw Herrera dialing, took a small gadget out of his pocket, aimed it at the cell phone, and Herrera’s cell phone was disabled.

Herrera could not get a dial tone. He walked a distance away from the officer and continued to dial. After four minutes, Herrera’s phone began to function again and he got through to the command center.

Herrera said to the watch commander, “You need to get to St. Luke’s NOW - an angry officer is about ready to beat up American citizens and we need the watch commander here NOW.”

Raymond Herrera had overheard Officer Ebell call for backup and five other police vehicles soon arrived at the church.

As Herrera was trying to call the watch commander, an open border advocate on a bicycle stopped and began to taunt them, as he had been watching Officer Ebell. Officer Ebell observed this open border guy (heavy Spanish accent) questioning them. At one point, the Liliana crowd, still in the church courtyard - applauded this passerby on a bicycle as he taunted them.

Robin Hvidston said to her ralliers, “Don’t talk to him. Just don’t talk to him.”

Officer Ebell yelled at Robin, “ANSWER HIS QUESTIONS!” trying to get them to enter into a verbal exchange with the man now dismounted from his bicycle.

Instead, she handed a flyer to the man on the bicycle, she also tried to hand a flyer to Officer Ebell, since he had ordered them to answer the taunting man’s questions, but Ebell would not take a flyer.

The Watch Commander Arrives

The watch commander arrived just moments after Herrera spoke to him on the phone.

He arrived in a command vehicle. Very authoritative. Suddenly, Officer Ebell appeared deflated when he realized his watch commander was on scene.

This is what we looked like when the watch commander arrived.

Herrera spoke with the watch commander and apprised him of the facts.

The watch commander is at far left in the above photo. Officer Ebell is the third individual from the right

The watch commander had a conversation with Ebell. He then spoke with Herrera again and said Ebell was contradicting Herrera’s version. The watch commander said since he had not been on site he could not decide what the facts were. But then he told Herrera he would “make Ebell go away.” And would investigate what had happened.

Officer Ebel, with the ralliers watching, was ordered to leave. All of the other officers also left the scene in their vehicles.

The watch commander told them that officers would cruise by periodically. They continued the rally for another 45 minutes and ended at the appointed time.

They have contacted the Long Beach Police Department and will be meeting with them and filing an official complaint calling for a complete investigation.

Pit Bull

While they were rallying, they saw a dog under the bushes in front of the church. The dog appeared sick and listless. They reported it to the church and church leaders called animal services. They discovered the dog was chained to the bush.

The church member who called animal control, told them the homeless sleep in their shrubbery and will use dogs for protection.

The dog had a completely limp front left paw. The officer had to pick up the dog and carry it since it could not walk.

This photo is the cardboard box bed, in St. Luke’s shrubbery, where the homeless man who had the pit bull slept.

American homeless, who are NOT foreigners, dwell in St. Luke’s shrubbery outside the gates of the church, while St. Luke’s provides comfort and shelter to an illegal alien inside the walls of the church.

This has nothing to do with immigration but it is very important.

WordNetDaily

The Internal Revenue Service has lost a lawyer’s challenge in front of a jury to prove a constitutional foundation for the nation’s income tax, and the victorious attorney now is setting his sights higher.

“I think now people are beginning to realize that this has got to be the largest fraud, backed up by intimidation and extortion and by the sheer force of taking peoples property and hard-earned money without any lawful authorization whatsoever,” lawyer Tom Cryer told WND just days after a jury in Louisiana acquitted him of two criminal tax counts.

And before you consign him to the legions of “tin foil hat brigades” who argue against paying taxes, and then want payment to explain how to do that, he addresses the issue up front.

“These snake oil peddlers have conned millions of dollars out of many well-intended patriots and left a trail of broken lives in their wake. â?¦ These charlatans should be avoided, not only because they will lead you to bankruptcy and prison, but because by association they discredit those who are telling the truth,” he said.

The truth, he said, is where he comes in, with the launch of a new Truth Attack website that is intended to build on his victory, and create a coalition of resources to defeat â?? ultimately â?? the income tax in the United States.

Although the legal citations in the case tend to run the length of paragraphs, Cryer told WND the underlying issue is not that complicated. Essentially, he argued that income is not necessarily any money that comes to a person, but rather categories such as profit and interest.

He said the free exchange of labor for compensation has been upheld as a right by the Supreme Court, but that doesn’t necessarily make the compensation income.

If ever such an argument were to be presented widely, Cryer said, the income to the federal government would plummet. But not to worry, he said, the expenses could be reduced equally by eliminating programs, departments and agencies that also have no foundation in the Constitution.

“The Founding Fathers intentionally restricted the taxing powers of the new federal government as a measure of restraint on its size. By exceeding that limited taxing authority the federal government has been able to obtain resources beyond its intended reach, and that money has enabled the federal government to exceed its authority,” he said.

For example, he said, the Constitution does not empower the federal government to regulate education, or employment, and agriculture, yet it does so.

The jury in U.S. District Court in Louisiana voted 12-0 to find Cryer, of Shreveport, not guilty of failure to file income taxes for two years. He had been indicted in 2006 on charges of failing to pay $73,000 to the IRS in 2000 and 2001. The next step in his personal case will be up to the IRS and prosecutors, if they choose to continue the issue, he said.

But for the rest of the nation, he’s working with Save-a-Patriot, the Free Enterprise Society, Live Free Now and his own Lie Free Zone to spread the message of the truth.

“There are three points that are important,” he told WND. “There’s no law making the average working man liable [for income taxes], there’s no law or regulation that allows the IRS to contend that earnings are 100 percent profit received in exchange for nothing, and the right to earn a living through any lawful occupation is a constitutionally protected fundamental right, and it is exempt from taxation.”

Spokesman Robert Marvin in Washington’s IRS office told WND the Internal Revenue Code provides for taxation on salaries or wages, but when pressed for a specific citation, or constitutional provision, he said, “I can’t comment.”

Military To Crackdown On North American Union Protesters
Secretive SPP confab to be protected by 25km military cordon, forums blocked
Info Wars
July 25, 2007

The US army is to enforce a huge security perimeter around the upcoming North American Union meeting in Canada this August as well as cracking down on expected protests, having already shut down a public forum due to take place close to the event.

The Security and Prosperity Partnership meeting in Montebello, Quebec on August 20 and 21 is to be policed by American forces, who along with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) have already refused to allow the Municipality of Papineauville, which is about six kilometres from Montebello, to rent a community centre
to the Council of Canadians action group who were planning to hold a public forum the night before the confab to express their concerns about the meeting and the issues being discussed.
â??It is deplorable that we are being prevented from bringing together a panel of writers, academics and parliamentarians to share their concerns about the Security and Prosperity Partnership with Canadians,â? said Brent Patterson, director of organizing with the Council of Canadians. â??Meanwhile, six kilometres away, corporate leaders from the United States, Mexico and Canada will have unimpeded access to our political leaders.â?

The Council of Canadians has also been told that in addition to the 25km perimeter in Montebello, there will be checkpoints in nearby areas, and vehicles carrying more than five people will be turned back.

A whole host of other Canadian activist groups are scheduling protests despite the military cordon. According to journalist and NAU researcher Jerome R. Corsi, the protesters believe that as many as 10,000 people could assemble in Quebec to demonstrate.

One particular activist group, Canadian Action Party , has taken issue with US troops coordinating operations for the confab on Canadian soil while denying access to Canadian citizens.

CAP’s leader said,â?Bad enough that our RCMP and the Quebec provincial police force would apply offensive Canadian law to prevent a legitimate meeting of dissenting citizens. Totally untenable that a foreign army assumes jurisdiction on our land. But this we knew from the Binational Planning Agreement begun in 2002 that saw Canada crawl on its belly and permit the USA military to enter our land whenever it deems necessary. â??

â??Does anyone still believe that our federal leaders have not thrown away our sovereignty ? That from Chretien (Liberal) to Martin (Liberal) to Harper (Conservative), the Prime Ministers of our land have not been committing treason behind closed doors? How otherwise would it be possible that a proud, sovereign, and free nation would see a foreign army on its soil interfering with the right of Canadians to assemble and to speak?â?

Elite lobbying group the Council on Foreign Relations seeded the plan for a “North American Advisory Council” which eventually became the SPP.

It comes as no surprise to NAU researchers that the latest SPP meeting will be a highly secretive and guarded affair given that CFR documents have revealed that the group wants to “establish private bodies that would meet regularly or annually to buttress North American relationships, along the lines of the Bilderberg conferences.”

Internal SPP documents released under the FOIA have also shown that a wide range of US administrative law is being re-written in stealth under this program to “integrate” and “harmonize” with administrative law in Mexico and Canada, in a similar fashion to moves that have become commonplace within the EU.

The documents contain references to upwards of 13 working groups within an entire organized infrastructure that has drawn from officials within most areas of administrative government including U.S. departments of State, Homeland Security, Commerce, Treasury, Agriculture, Transportation, Energy, Health and Human Services, and the office of the US Trade Representative.

During the upcoming SPP meeting an advisory Council created last year known as the North American Competitiveness Council will meet on issues including border regulation and competitiveness in the automotive, transportation, manufacturing and services sectors. The council is expected to meet annually with security and prosperity ministers and will engage with senior government officials on an ongoing basis.

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper is scheduled to host the Quebec summit which Mexican President Felipe Calderon and US President George W. Bush also planning to attend.

The highest elected officials within the US, Canadian and Mexican governments are meeting together with advisory bodies staffed by senior private sector representatives yet the public are being forcibly denied any access to the event in addition to a pathetic blackout on behalf of the corporate media which still ridicules anyone who suggests the North American Union plan even exists.

I saw this movie and thought about 90% of it was complete bullshit. It’s the other 10% that scares me.

Watch LOOSE CHANGE here.

The Daily Star

ONEONTA _ An Oneonta man who helped produce a 9/11 conspiracy documentary that became an Internet hit was arrested Monday for allegedly deserting the Army.

Korey Rowe, 24, a veteran of Afghanistan and Iraq, was picked up by deputies at about 10:45 p.m. Monday, Otsego County Sheriff Richard Devlin Jr. said.

Rowe, along with Dylan Avery and Jason Bermas, are members of Louder Than Words, a production company that is working on a third edition of the movie “Loose Change,” which contends the U.S. government was involved in the 9/11 terrorist attacks. That edition is intended to be a theatrical release.

Rowe and the other members of Louder Than Words have appeared on radio shows including The Alex Jones Show and have been mentioned in Time magazine. Vanity Fair magazine published a feature story on the group last August.

Since 2002, Rowe was interviewed by The Daily Star several times about “Loose Change” and his experiences in the military.

“We developed information that he was at a county Route 47 residence in Oneonta last night,” Devlin said Tuesday.

Rowe was arrested on a “military warrant” that Devlin said was brought to the attention of deputies by the Oneonta Police Department, who received information from a source outside of that department.

Rowe was living at the Route 47 home, Devlin said.

City police officials who were able to comment on the case were unavailable Tuesday night.

After deputies received the information from Oneonta police, they reached out to the Army, and officials from Fort Knox faxed a copy of the warrant, deputies said.

Rowe previously told The Daily Star he enlisted in August 2001. He left the Army in June 2005, according to the Louder Than Words website.

He is being held without bail in the Otsego County jail and is waiting to be picked up by U.S. Army officials, Devlin said.

The Associated Press reported last month that deserters are rarely court-martialed by the Army.

Although 3,301 soldiers deserted in the 2006 fiscal year, there were just 174 troops court-martialed.

NEW BUSH EXECUTIVE ORDER

So I wonder if Bush will use his new executive order to sieze all of Korey Rowe’s assets?

Paul Craig Roberts, a Reagan era Republican said this recently here.

“When Bush exercises this authority [under the new Executive Order] … there’s no check to it. It doesn’t have to be ratified by Congress. The people who bear the brunt of these dictatorial police state actions have no recourse to the judiciary. So it really is a form of total, absolute, one-man rule. … The American people don’t really understand the danger that they face.”

“Americans think their danger is terrorists,” said Roberts. “They don’t understand the terrorists cannot take away habeas corpus, the Bill of Rights, the Constitution. … The terrorists are not anything like the threat that we face to the Bill of Rights and the Constitution from our own government in the name of fighting terrorism. Americans just aren’t able to perceive that.”

The U.S. government, once crafted as a system that would serve the interests of the people, has devolved into a system of plutocracy where corporations control both the government and the people. Virtually every government regulatory department, for example, is now run by the corporations it is supposed to be regulating. Just look at the FDA, USDA, FTC, FCC, NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) and most other government regulatory bodies and you’ll find a room full of politicians and bureaucrats who utterly disregard the People while prioritizing the financial needs of influential corporations.

Our nation’s policies on health, finances, agricultural, national defense and even education are increasingly slanted towards enriching the corporations, usually at the expense of the People. Even worse, the People have come to fear their government here in the United States, and any time a government gains so much power that the people begin to fear it, the scenario is set for police state atrocities against the citizens. In a healthy society, you see, the government fears the people, and it’s this fear of being replaced or kicked out of office that keeps government bureaucrats in line. But in America, that’s been lost, replaced by a tyrannical system of government that treats the people like common criminals.
