Section 2331 Title 18 and Section 802 is very specific regarding this type of action of Foreign Nationals and it is considered to be an Act of Terrorism and an Act of War. I am not kidding, just type in the section and title, and read for yourself, it is very clear. I now assume Gonzales is giving a complete amnesty free pass on this law as well. This is America and in America we speak English and we Wave A Flag that is red ,white and blue.
