“Hillary, McCain or Obama will not only legalize up to 30 million illegals, they will support doubling legal immigration to 2.1 million annually. They already voted for it in 2007. That?s like seeing your child with his clothes on fire running out of a burning building, but instead of spraying him with water, the firemen spray gasoline on your child. In this case, Hillary, McCain or Obama pour more ?gasoline? onto the fire by adding millions of immigrants into our country.

What astounds me stems from the fact that most Americans sit on the sidelines watching it happen, but don?t raise their voices in protest!”

A friend of mine, George Sura, in Fort Collins, Colorado said, ?Immigration is the most formidable weapon of mass destruction threatening America today. Ironically, invaders have put our country at risk without firing a shot. The White House, the heavies in Congress and the smaller fish in state legislatures do not seem to have the collective intellectual depth or common sense to see what is upon us and how rampant immigration will degrade the lives and opportunities of our progeny. Everyday brings American closer to irreversible chaos.

?Behind this issue are blind forces to reckon with. No politician, political party, corporation, religious fervor, investment, pop morality or individual aspiration should come before country. Ever! The brokers who recklessly advocate or condone pervasive immigration are steersmen with Titanic-like wheelhouse credentials. We need to throw such people out of the wheelhouse to bring this Republic back on a viable course.?

With McCain, Obama or Hillary certain to sit in the White House, you can expect more of the same invasion with even MORE help in the next four years. You can expect an added eight to 10 million more immigrants by 2012 with another two million of their children. You can expect 20 to 30 million illegals to become legal American citizens with FULL voting rights. You can expect our English language to shatter like glass across the pavement and conflict in communities throughout America. You can expect downgrading of our educational standards to fit third world levels. You will see a profound degradation of the American Dream into the American Nightmare.

You will witness a cultural upheaval in America that rocks the foundation of this nation off its moorings.

If you think Los Angeles? smog, traffic, water and power shortages create problems today, hold on to your girdle because you ain?t seen nothing yet!

In Dr. Otis Graham?s ?Unguarded Gates: A History of America?s Immigration Crisis?, he writes, ?Most Western elites continue urging the wealthy West not to stem the migrant tide, but to absorb our global brothers and sisters until their horrid ordeal has been endured and shared by all–ten billion humans packed onto an ecologically devastated planet.?

In literary terms, it?s called ?hubris? or false pride. Many of Shakespeare?s protagonists suffered this self-destructing trait. Today, Obama, Hillary and McCain maximize ?hubris? through their actions……

The House Democratic leadership is developing a new amnesty plan. Discussions are underway on a bill that would give illegal aliens a visa that awards legal status for five years if they have jobs, pay nominal fines, and pass background checks.

Since the visas could be renewed, it is a new plan for a permanent amnesty. By not offering a “path to citizenship”–at least not yet–the proponents think it will not engender as much opposition as the amnesty of the McCain-Kennedy comprehensive immigration bill.

The Jawa Report

“Three Afghan nationals were arrested at the Nedumbaserry International Airport, near here, today for traveling on fake Mexican passports, Immigration officials said.

The three were earlier in the day deported from Kuwait after authorities there doubted their claim to be Mexican nationals.[…]

According to Immigration officials, they were Afghan nationals trying to go to France. However, their real names have not been disclosed so far. Deepika Global (India)

Apparently the forged passports carried the names of Antonio Lopez Juan (42), Javier Sanchez Alberto (20), and Atonio Lopez Ernesto (16). Names sound somewhat authentic?!?!

They had left from Nedumbaserry Airport on February 11 for Kuwait en route to France. (This is where it gets interesting…ed) The Immigration officals at Kuwait had found them to be suspects as they reportedly could not understand any Spanish. They also suspected the passports to be forged. The three were then deported to Nedumbaserry today.

UPDATE by Rusty: Probably just a coincidence, but Adnan G. El Shukrijumah is said to travel under the guise of a Mexican national. He’s an al Qaeda operative wanted by the FBI for an alleged dirty bomb plot.

Jose Oviedo

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Police have located a man they believe molested a five-year-old Indianapolis girl. It could be many months before Jose Oviedo, 30, stands before an Indiana judge.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the five-year-old girl was taken to St. Francis Hospital on January 26 with obvious signs of having contracted a sexually transmitted disease. She told police her mother’s boyfriend molested her. Police questioned the child’s mother who was unwilling to help police locate Oviedo.

Police then issued a warrant for Oviedo who is believed to be an illegal immigrant from Mexico. A tip to Crime Stoppers led U.S. Marshals to Little Rock, Arkansas where they spoke with family members. That’s when marshals learned Oviedo had given them the slip and fled to Mexico.

Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal John Beeman said since Oviedo is a Mexican citizen, authorities will have to begin extradition procedures in order to get him back to the U.S. to face charges. Beeman said it’s a long process.

First, the Marion County Prosecutor will file a lengthy, detailed extradition application. It then goes to the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. State Department, then the Mexican Consulate in Washington D.C.

Beeman said the process could take about six months before Mexican officials receive the paperwork. After the application is certified, it’s sent to the U.S. Embassy in Mexico. From there it will be sent to the Mexican Attorney General. Finally, a judge will issue a warrant for extradition.

But Mexican authorities can extradite at their discretion. If they choose not to extradite, Beeman said the current treaty requires Mexico to prosecute Oviedo for the crime.

In the meantime, it’s believed that Oviedo remains free in a small Mexican town, just 12 miles from the U.S. border.

This could be just a puff piece, but at this point any good news is worth pointing out. :) GuardDog

“As the debate over illegal immigration percolates in the United States, there are hopes on both sides of the border that Mexico?s improving economy eventually will provide enough jobs to encourage significant numbers of Mexicans to stay and prosper in their country.”

In Mexico, an energized economy raises hopes
USA Today
February 14, 2008

IXMIQUILPAN, Mexico ? As Mexicans risk their lives to illegally emigrate to the United States and shootouts among drug lords continue to dominate the news, it?s understandable why Mexico might be perceived as a place with little hope.

Yet in places such as this tourist town that caters to the burgeoning middle class outside Mexico City, many Mexicans say their future looks brighter than it has in generations.

On weekends, a line of Chevrolet hatchbacks and other inexpensive new cars snakes into parking lots at the town?s water-slide parks. There, tourists munch on $2 corn dogs, snap pictures with digital cameras and spend some of their modest incomes. Every year, their numbers grow, the town?s tourism department says. And every year, they have a little more to spend.

?The last five or six years have been good for Mexico,? says Crescenciano Montiel, 34, manager of the Valle Paraiso water park. ?Little by little, things have improved.?

Such stories abound, involving Mexicans of all income levels. The economy is growing steadily, and poverty rates are declining significantly. Crime is down, public health and education levels are improving, and Mexico?s democracy is more robust than at any time in its history.

?The country is stronger than ever,? says Leon Krauze, a political author and television host in Mexico. ?We have managed to overcome many of the political and economic tempests that used to threaten us.?

There are signs that?s starting to happen.

The brighter economic outlook in Mexico is one reason the number of migrants caught by U.S. border agents has declined 20 percent during the past year or so, although tighter border enforcement and the slowing U.S. economy also are factors, says Wayne Cornelius, a University of California, San Diego, specialist in Mexican migration.

Continued improvements in Mexico would be good for the U.S. economy, says Eduardo Loria, an economist at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Mexico bought $126 billion in U.S. goods between January and November last year, up 25 percent since 2004. Mexico likely would continue to buy more if its economy continued to improve, he says.

Reduced Mexican emigration and an increasingly stable government here also could ease turmoil along the U.S.-Mexican border, Krauze says. Immigrant smugglers have brought violence to the U.S. side, engaging in shootouts in the Arizona desert, attacking Border Patrol agents and kidnapping each other?s clients on U.S. soil.

?In terms of the tensions that are very evident as far as migration and the turmoil along the border, I would hope that, in a decade, if Mexico continues along this path and begins to see these microeconomic benefits, the United States would see a reduction in those areas,? Krauze says……

Get a load of this press release. I’ve never read so much meaningless double talk in all my life. They’re going to “reverse climate change” and “explore instruments that will permit the exchange of experiences.”

Wednesday, February 13 | Press Release

Sacramento, California

During the meeting, the President invited Governor Schwarzenegger to continue their collaboration in issues on the common agenda, and stressed the need to promote migrants? well-being and integration into California society, as well as to reinforce trade and infrastructure on the border to facilitate safe, legal crossing for the region?s development.

President Felipe Calderón thanked Governor Schwarzenegger for his support of an integral migratory reform and his view that there are alternatives other than the construction of a border wall.

The President also thanked him for the Government of California?s support of those affected by the rains in Tabasco and Chiapas.

At the end of the meeting, the President and the Governor of California witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding in Environmental Cooperation, which will facilitate coordination regarding the management, research and development of environmental skills in the border region. This is part of the effort to reverse climate change, improve air quality and preserve the environment.

Hey Calderon, pick up after your Mexicans!

The agreement was signed by Secretary of the Environment and Natural Resources Juan Rafael Elvira Quesada and, on the part of the State of California, by Environmental Protection Secretary, Linda S. Adams, Secretary of the Department of Food and Agriculture, A. G. Kawamura and Secretary of Resources Agency, Mike Crisman.

Lastly, and as a means of strengthening trade and social policy links, it was agreed to establish a trade commission between Mexico and California to analyze windows of opportunity and explore instruments that will permit the exchange of experiences to improve health and education services.

There’s a goon on YouTube with the handle “StopRacismAndHate.” He steals pictures and video and then makes stupid crap out of it. He’s done some videos about me and Naui. They’re sometimes kinda funny but this one is over-the-top-funny.

He’s got me, the nutcase Christie Czajkowski, and my friend “American Resolve” in this video. American Resolve also goes by the name “Last Great Hope” on the Save Our State forum. He’s into archery and stuff.

I did see Christie at the Ron Paul Tea Party in Santa Monica a while back and I think my reaction was exactly as StopRacismAndHate put it, “WTF is she doing here!”
