U.S. POPClock Projection

According to the U.S. Bureau of the Census, the resident population of the United States, projected to 09/18/05 at 02:44 GMT (EST+5) is 297,193,661 people.

One birth every……………………………. 7 seconds
One death every……………………………. 13 seconds
One international migrant (net) every………… 26 seconds
Net gain of one person every………………… 10 seconds

Fifty years ago we had just 165,931,202 people in the United States.

In 50 years, with the current birth-death rate, legal and illegal immigration levels the USA will reach 419,854,000 people.

I’ve heard that the US population will be around 1,000,000,000 people in 100 years. I haven’t found that data on the US Census website but it sounds right. Scarry huh?

I think it’s time to put the brakes on immigration and completely stop illegal immigration before it is too late.
